Notcho

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 18, 2026

Cloudana (“we”) makes Notcho. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Voice, AI and your Claude account

Voice messages are transcribed on his computer. The agent is Claude Code, running under your Claude account: your requests and what the agent sees are sent to Anthropic to generate responses, under Anthropic’s terms and privacy policy, as with any use of your Claude account. We never see your Claude password; you sign in on Anthropic’s own page.

Why we use it

To provide Notcho (create and run your computer, deliver files and messages to your devices), to bill you, to keep the service secure, and to contact you about your account. We don’t sell your personal information and don’t use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

How long we keep it

While your subscription is active. When it ends, his computer and everything on it is deleted 14 days later. We keep billing records as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to or restrict certain uses. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act) you may have additional rights, including complaining to a data protection authority. Email [email protected]; we answer within 30 days.

Security

Each computer is isolated and reachable only by your paired devices over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

Children

Notcho is not for anyone under 18.

Changes

We’ll update this page when our practices change, and email you about material changes.
